This didn’t start as a business plan. It started when I realised something felt… off.

For a long time, I put it down to normal life — being busy, tired, a bit overwhelmed. But underneath that, I felt completely out of sync with my body. My energy was all over the place, my cycle felt unpredictable, and I just didn’t feel like myself. I tried the usual things. Supplements, routines, “fixes”. Some helped a bit, most didn’t stick. And I found it all quite overwhelming — like I was constantly trying to solve something without really understanding what I needed.

In the evenings, I started making cacao. Not for any big reason — it just felt good. Warm, calming, a small moment to slow down at the end of the day. And over time, that became something I really valued. A way to pause, reflect, and feel a bit more connected to myself again.

Alongside this, my background in nutrition shaped how I approached things. My training taught me to look beyond quick fixes and instead focus on consistency, ingredients, and the bigger picture of how we support ourselves day to day.

I became interested in traditional ingredients that have been used for generations — cacao, reishi, maca, ashwagandha — and how they could come together in a way that felt both supportive and enjoyable. Not clinical. Not complicated. Just something you’d actually want to have every evening.

This blend came from that place. Something simple, but intentional, that feels good to drink. Something that helps you slow down and check back in with yourself.

Every ingredient has been chosen with care — for its flavour, its heritage, and how it contributes to the overall experience.

  • Organic cacao for depth and richness
  • A blend of organic botanicals, long used in traditional practices

All brought together to create a warm, grounding ritual.

There’s so much pressure to optimise everything — especially when it comes to our health. This is the opposite of that. No extremes. No overwhelm. Just a small, consistent moment in your day that’s yours.

This is where it began for me. And now, I hope it becomes part of your routine too.
